Kind of feel like I got the "Bum's rush" yesterday during my cleaning appointment. Needed a very minor repair that would have taken < 5 minutes, but was told to make another appointment. I realize it was very busy on pediatrics day, but I live in Advance, not exactly next door.
We had a pleasant experience (and we were at the dentist!). They made my daughter comfortable which was very important. They explained what they were doing and her treatment plan clearly.
Dr Ward and assistant Beverly are great.
Always great service and care!
