The people at Southern Dental are always so pleasant to speak with on the phone and so very accommodating in scheduling appointments. Dr. Ward, to me seems to set the tone for how this office functions which is superb! I can't say enough great things about him and his careful and thoughtful ways he administers to this patient. I have a very sensitive gag reflex and they go up and beyond in keeping me comfortable. SDA is the only place where I've enjoyed every step of the process from phone calls to billing.

Went in for my temporary crown. I was in and out in short order with no pain during or after the procedure. Even after the medication wore off there was very little discomfort and no pain.

The dentist is kind and great with kids. The assistants are also kind and understanding. Great experience!

As usual my Experience with Southern Dental Associates was phenomenal. Dr. Shobe jokes, plays and makes my son feel like its a play date. The staff are just as awesome, they are warm and pleasant. Both the provider and staff explain all we need to know in great detail. Thank you so much giving the highest level of care to my child. Its nice to know that offices like this one are still around.

I think Dr Ward and his entire staff are wonderful and caring people; very genuine! 1 concern I have is with a recent "policy" decision to not give a self pay discount unless physical cold hard cash is used as payment. I know that submitting, waiting and negotiating for insurance payments can be a long process.... Sometimes not getting paid for weeks or months. 10+ excellent service , very caring and friendly staff and the doctor was attentive and caring as well , I would diffidently recommend Southern Dental Associates in Lewisville NC to others.
