I was concerned about having this work done because of its location, right in front. Past experience, this area is always very painful until the numbness kicks in. Beverly assured me that it would not be bad, and she was right. The new topical numbing agent worked so well, I never felt any of the shots given. Also, the work went very smooth, no issues at all. Dr. Ward and his team took great care of me. Their friendliness, willingness to answer questions and explain my treatment, and positivity was exceptional. It is rare to find a healthcare facility that clearly prioritizes serving their patients above all else, but this place is it.
