An amazing office and staff! You can tell that Dr Shobe truly cares about his patients and wants what’s best for them. He makes dental visits fun and easy for kids. Everyone is kind and professional.
I honestly can not speak highly enough about the entire team at southern dental! My 4 year old actually enjoys going to the dentist because they go above and beyond to make each and every visit amazing! From the smiles and welcoming at the front desk to the assistants, hygienist, and of course the dentist! It’s takes a lot for an adult to get on a child’s level when it comes to doctor or dentist visit so they are not scared and afraid! And they never fail! As a parent of a child with sensory issues and some other health concerns I can’t rave on this dentist office enough . For the kids they have an arcade game in the waiting room complete with a token fueled prize machine to close the appointment . As a parent, I am able to accompany my child through the entire appointment, they are certain to make sure my concerns are heard and that we have a “game plan” that allow us options and input . We are very happy to drive the hour to see this extra special dentist office .
Absolutely phenomenal. Dr.Shobe is a miracle worker. I have 6 year old twins, one with autism and Dr.Shobe is incredible and sooo patient with him. My other one had to have her tooth pulled and i was a mess about it b/c she is so overly sensitive and i was traumatized as a child by a dentist. Dr.Shobe calmed my nerves and promised me she would be fine. My dad went back there with my daughter and texted me throughout.
