We decided to buy a camper to live in and work out of. We looked at a few different places and decided on Triple H Rv not only were we greeted and welcomed by everyone there, but our sales person Mr. Paul Jackson was extremely professional and made us feel like he had our full attention. 2026 KZ Connect 312RE . Bought a few weeks ago . Triple H charges a $ 700 plus price for supposedly setting one up . This camper demonstrated problems from the moment I arrived. I still took delivery of it thinking it was minimal. Turns out KZ has terrible quality control issues. Bad cover ups inside. Multiple fasteners stripped out. Not mounted flush etc . Wires ran with no grommets. Replaced a power inverter already. Due to a bad connection with the hot wire. The toilet was plumbed wrong . It’s hooked to hot water with a b... read more

While our journey with Triple H started out well but it has taken a very bad turn when dealing with warranty issues. They have had our 2025 KZ Durango for a month now with one excuse after another and it is not the manufacturer. KZ has been spot on, Triple H has not.
Sold me an rv with an awning that wouldn't retract on first use and a busted bedroom ac that has never worked
