Stop hogging the road with your company cars, they are an eyesore, so selfish. A business should be supplying adequate parking for their employees, your business is clearly to lousy to do that.
Horrendous customer service. Do not recommend what so ever. No show guards and poor communication. Find someone else.
Just because they have markings on their car and a lightbar, their drivers thing they are entitled on the road. Your drivers are subject to the same rules as everyone else. They are no more special than anyone else.
Very disappointed in the rudeness of the staff in the NOC. Alarm responses shouldn’t be taken for granted, they are legitimate requests from control rooms and monitored clients. There seems to be a lack of care from the staff on the phones, and the patrols that attend site don’t even check properly.
