This is the worst place to do a country with when you need home healthcare for a family member. The employees Chasity, I think that’s her name and the manager that runs it. They are the most horrible people for this job all they concerned about is a contract that they can do with family members to keep their business going. They have the worst customer service and healthcare agent in the whole world, and they need to be reported my family member was found deceased under their care. Recently, my brother who is on the autism spectrum and non-verbal, was hospitalized. I am the only person in our family that is physically able to stay with him in the hospital, but I am also a business owner. Southern Cross provided the support I needed to go home, get some sleep, and keep my business running. They provided detailed notes of the days' events, including who came into the room and what care was provided by hospital staff. They were fabulous!!!
