The new owner and manager are NOT good people, not to mention they’re like 20-years-old. They allowed mistreatment of animals regardless of how many times I reported it. They turned a blind eye and allowed the groomer to constantly abuse the dogs. I got fussed at and was literally fired regarding my reports. The dogs are let outside with little to no supervision. This is a TERRIBLE facility that only cares about their image and profit. I worked there for a year and witnessed abuse, two dogs die from the conditions, and three dogs being attacked and some of them KILLED. I would NEVER in a million years trust them with my dogs. The manager is incredibly rude and selfish, and the owner hates being bothered by anything at the kennel. Kadi-Ann is the manager and Rebecca is the owner.

The staff is so caring and treats your pets as their own. The facility is much different from others in the area. The dogs get to play in supervised groups all day and aren’t cooped up in a cage like other places. Great experience every time I go!
