I called about a used hot tub cover. 110 × 90 the man said yes we have one used for $198. I got to the store and they made a mistake. The one they had was new and $450. But he said you came here because i told you i had a cover hat would it for $198 and you will leave with a cover for $198. The man gave me a brand new $450 cover for $198. SCHT is loyal and honest and thats really hard to find now days. SCHT will get every penny i spend on m hot tub as long as i have one. Back in July, we realized an amazing difference in Hank when we got him in the water. So much so, that we were traveling back and forth to my dads nearly every other day to put him in the pool or the hot tub down there. In August we decided to sell the Jeep and make an investment in a hot tub ourselves so we could continue his therapy through the winter at home. Paid $7000 used 1 month started leaking came out ordered a part have been waiting for over 3 weeks. If this is s common cause them they should keep parts available
Went in to buy a $20 part for our old hot tub. They were so nice and gave us such a great deal that we ended up buying a new one while we were there. They delivered it the next morning.
We went to several places and received the best customer service at Southern Comfort! We got a great product at a great price! Very happy with our experience! Love our hot tub!
I went in 3 or 4 times before I made a purchase. No pressure to buy during any of those visits. Answered all of my questions before and after the purchase and trust me, I have had a lot! Thank you guys!
We bought our hot tub and we love it....... However the customer service is really poor. There's ZERO education given to you on use and care of your hot tub. Your expected to fully know how to care for it. It's like you bought it and goodbye. I use WATSONS for my service and maintenance now. I don't recommend Southern Comfort.
