I wholeheartedly recommend Southern Comfort. I had a minor issue With the unit they installed two years ago. They were not obligated to fix it, but they did anyway. I was impressed with their integrity.
We had a new unit installed today, and Greg Thornton was the Installation technician. He did an amazing job installing, cleaning up and explaining to me the work that was done. Greg was knowledgeable and very professional. He was great in explaining all of the features on the Ecobee thermostat that came with the unit. I am very pleased with the work he performed today and my house is now comfortable again. Thanks again Greg.
Top notch company right here!! These guys really have it together. Downstairs unit went out, Austin on the service side was able to get out to diagnose the issue same day... David Baker was out the following day to provide a requested quote and was able to have a team out the following morning for a new AC install. Greg and his team performed the install, they were here early and knocked it out ahead of schedule. Very professional and answered any/all questions. David was quick to come out and give a really competitive estimate for a Carrier unit. The estimate was thousands of dollars less and for a better product than other estimates we received. A group of 3 came and had the old unit out and a new unit installed in roughly 3 hours. I was really impressed with this company.
