I went down on fall break with my two grandsons. So I went to their website and called them and reserved one of the Condo that was available for the time I was coming. I was guaranteed that I would get that Condo on the 2nd floor.Upon our arrival I was informed that they had rented my Condo that I had already reserved and we would have to take another Condo on the 8th floor. RecommendedI LOVE LOVE LOVE Seachase! !! My family and I have been staying here for last past 5 years or so.....it's my FAVORITE place to stay at the beach!!! The rooms are NICE and we'll kept. Jon at the office and his assistant are SO NICE!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!!

I've always stayed with my parents when I was young, and came back with my cousins in August. We LOVED seachase! It's so nice and clean and wonderfull views! Our toilet was running and Mike came up and fixed it for us. Great staff willing to help with anything they can! Just wish we can book online
We got to the condo late due to all star soft ball game so we did not check the rooms. The next morning, we found mold and mildew all over the shower curtain in the spare bath room. The Master bath room has mold and mildew all in the knobs in the shower. The patio door to go out on the deck had no handler to open it. We did get another room and walk in and cheese puff was on the floor. My son in law book this condo. I know that we paid a cleaning fee, so does anyone really clean the rooms?
Our NEW MANAGEMENT IS DOING AN OUTSTANDING JOB LOOKING AFTER US AND OUR HOME . If you are lucky enough to rent here you will hit the JACKPOT ! Our home for now for 21 years and we never have been more satisfied ! We haven’t met, but God Bless and Thank You !
