They was courteous and competent. He fixed the issue with our furnace right away after quickly diagnosing it. It turned out that the switch was unintentionally shut off in the spring. He agreed to return at the end of the month to perform our yearly furnace inspection.

We had never previously used Southern Coast Services. The technician assigned to the installation was Steve. In a lobby, a new heating system was being installed. Steve completed the installation expertly and on time.

My furnace broke down, destroying the entire system. When I called Southern Coast, they dispatched someone the same day to investigate the issue. Following the assessment, the worker was professional and honest and went over everything in detail so I could understand what was required.
