This is a very nasty place. A/C not working n they have pleaded with them for a month with a new born. Wall leaking at front door. N water damaged walls. No back steps. Bathroom leak "they can't find" they state there is 1st no money to fix then 2nd no workers. Pay to have lawn mowed but never feedback, so snakes slithering around . No dogs off leash....funny one cuz I visit n have had to jump in car to get away from one. Other dogs just roaming around. Cats everywhere n having babies all the time....of course outside. Trash Dump in the middle of the park. Your children play and could get snake bit r get bit by a rat out of that trash pile. Won't clean the dam pool we pay to live here and use the pool. I rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath and can't use but one bathroom. They fired maintenance. Office sign says open know one ever there. Sorry park. Worse place have ever rented. Oh and owner owns other mobile home parks in lake charles area and the owner owes millions on these new trailers FBI is looking for the owner..

I live in Country Aire mobile home park. We’ve had sewer dumping on our ground under our house for months and no one will respond to work orders. You can’t call the office because no one will answer. If they do, they ask you to hang up and text that number so they can put your work order in. Why can’t you put it on while we’re on the phone? Because they’re not putting them in. And they take the rent straight out of your account every month. Some months they don’t take the full amount so then they give you a late fee. Why am ... read more
