AC unit went out on a Friday evening. I was happy to find Southern Chill Heating and Air recommended on a local FB group. I reached out on Saturday morning and Joseph called me back quickly. He came out later that evening and got my unit up and running in no time. I was thrilled to see he was working on Saturday *many companiesdo not). Also he was good at communication, fair prices and stands behind his work. Very happy.
Very pleased with the service. Joseph was the technician. He was punctual, dressed professionally and respectful of property. Right away he set to the task, explaining everything upon inspection and during repair in a manner which I could understand. Called Joe after hours. He came out within 30 minutes of us talking. He fixed my problem and with a reasonable price especially after hours. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need, which was awesome. He is truly an awesome person. I recommend him for all you heating an ac needs. Way to go joe you 🪨
