Very happy with my pool and patio from Southern Charm Pools. Mary was great, helping with the design and making all the tweaks and adjustments to match the vision in my head!! AND, Mike was amazing walking me through the construction and paying attention to every detail through the installation. I am thrilled with the final product!
Would highly recommend Southern Charm, they did an amazing job on our backyard and in the time frame they said they would. Chris and the team were great to work with on the design and Mike is the best when it comes to planning the construction or any issues after the pool was finished with warranty work. He’s always responsive and has really gone out of his way to make sure everything is working properly up to our standards.
Southern Charm was one of several companies to give us a quote for a new pool. We went with them because they had excellent communication & they had already completed a few of our neighbors pools. Chris, the owner, was always available to answer my questions. Mike, the construction manager fixed any issue we had very quickly. We’ve heard pool horror stories; which caused us to head into our own pool journey cautiously. After receiving many recommendations and meeting with several representatives of pool companies small and large, it was no-question. Every step of the way our decision was edified. I couldn’t recommend this small, family-owned business enough! My only complaint is with Google’s review system- I would like to give twelve stars, not five.
Southern charm has been great. Specifically, Mike, our construction manager, was great and very informative.
