The communication was pretty slow… I bought carpet from them because they’re local and my 2nd best option was cheaper than I could find elsewhere. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them if you’re pushed for time. Otherwise my experience was fine.
Shoddy materials, poor work, rude staff.
We had our floors redone when we bought our house by this company in 2021. Fast forward to 2024 and the floor planks were separating in 4 different rooms and sagging in some. My husband had to call several times for them to even come out and look at the flooring. The man, who I assume is the owner, didn’t seem like they could even repair it or that he was even interested in repairing it, keep in mind we weren’t asking for the repairs to be free. Haven't purchased anything yet, but the owners are very nice and knowledgeable about their flooring.
Their contractor Paul did an amazing job!
