Disappointed with front desk receptionist, Donna at the Scottsville Rd location. After waiting for about 40 minutes (sign states to alert front desk after 20 minutes), I asked Donna if she knew how much longer it would be and she responded curtly, "I don't know. It depends on how many patients are back there." She then went on to tell the other receptionist, "this isn't a drive-thru" where my daughter and I could both hear. I have no problem waiting my turn but this was very rude.
