I am documenting my concern regarding this clinic’s refusal to evaluate my child, who was two months shy of the clinic’s stated minimum age requirement. This facility is awful. The room is so unwelcoming. The room was too hot or too cold. The mattress was sunk in and impossible to sleep on. The pillows sleep hot. Crappy blankets, beat up further. Absolute minimum accommodation. If there was a zero star that is what I would have picked. I could not sleep at all. I left at 2AM. After calling them the next day, and told them about my experience, they said we have enough data to bill your insurance, that showed they had no care for me as a client. Adam was assigned to monitor my sleep for the night, and I was genuinely interested in the process, which he explained thoroughly. I appreciated his passion for the job and the care he took to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Also to add the facility was clean and every phone call was picked up by staff.
