I had an excellent first experience with Southern California Sleep Disorders. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly. The parking is exceptional and the office is very clean and inviting. On a scale of 1-10 I give them an eleven. Damon Block

Spent over an hour on the phone to contact for appointment, said they'd call me back, no call back so another hour on the phone to finally get an appointment. Went to the Placentia location, had to call back a third time for address, was told it would be emailed to me, and was not. The door for the location is locked, had to call a fourth time and was given a phone number to call when I arrived, but when I called the number mail box was full. I am documenting my concern regarding this clinic’s refusal to evaluate my child, who was two months shy of the clinic’s stated minimum age requirement. When I requested clarification as to whether the denial was based on provider scope of practice, credentialing limitations, equipment constraints, insurance policy, or any documented clinical standard, I was not provided with a substantive explanation. This facility is awful. The room is so unwelcoming. The room was too hot or too cold. The mattress was sunk in and impossible to sleep on. The pillows sleep hot. Crappy blankets, beat up further. Absolute minimum accommodation. If there was a zero star that is what I would have picked. I could not sleep at all. I left at 2AM. After calling them the next day, and told them about my experience, they said we have enough data to bill your insurance, that showed they had no care for me as a client. Adam was assigned to monitor my sleep for the night, and I was genuinely interested in the process, which he explained thoroughly. I appreciated his passion for the job and the care he took to make the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible. Also to add the facility was clean and every phone call was picked up by staff.
