Had to deal with them on a property I rented from and they added multiple charges and over charged for basic repairs that they agreed upon prior to our move out. Have multiple friends that used SCREM as well and have all had many issues like this. Renters beware! I’ve never written a negative review on a company but after being charged 3,000$ for “cleaning and paint” I think people should know

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Application and application process could be updated and improved. There's allot of back n forth and it's a pain. If you're a home owner looking to rent your property, DON'T DO IT! If you're looking to rent, DON'T DO IT! Either way you'll lose time and money. I DO NOT recommend this company and i advise you read more reviews before making a decision. The last 5 star review was a year ago or more, that's crazy

Worst rental company. You look at the property you want to apply for then submit your application then they ghost you. What a waste of time no updates or return calls or emails so glad I had a back up plan.

What a waste if time I submitted a very solid applications that never get reviewed I wonder if this rentals are actually real or they practice some kind of discrimination, I been a landlord and tenant I know both sides and this proves it again it's better to deal directly with the owner than deal with unprofessionalism
