I’ve always had a hard time with blood draws because my veins are not visible, but Mrs. Sima is absolutely amazing. She is patient, skilled, and takes blood with no pain or stress. For someone like me who usually gets anxious, she made the experience so easy and comfortable. She is truly professional, precise, and very kind. I’m really satisfied with her work.
I had my blood drawn twice by Ms. Sima, and both times she did an excellent job. I was very satisfied.
