We arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment, exactly as the clinic staff requested when booking the visit. However, even 20 minutes after the appointment time, no one had assisted us. We had to keep reminding the front desk about ourselves. Only after waiting did we finally receive the patient forms, which were more than ten pages long. I’ve had such a great experience at this clinic. The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference when coming in for care. One thing I really appreciate is how fast the wait time is-even when I walk in, I’m usually see quickly. I want to give a special shout out to Carmen, the office manager. She is truly amazing so humble, hard-working and dedicated. She wears many hats at the clinic and still manages to treat every patient with kindness, respect and genuine care. Came in for an appt on the weekend, showed up on time and I was seen on time. Employees were so nice and friendly. The front desk was very helpful and nice. They were able to answer any concerns I had.
