I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever encountered while trying to schedule an appointment for my grandmother. She was just discharged from the ER due to serious kidney issues, and the doctors specifically instructed us to see her nephrologist as soon as possible. Speak to anyone other than Brooke. You need to be perfect with Brooke, if you make a simple wording error with her she will fixate on it and repeat it over and over like a child and be condescending for the remainder of the call. I call to make appointments at this location for my elderly relative because it is conveniently near my house and because of the trust placed in the staff and the treatment we have received over the years.
