Excellent Customer Care Office was absolutely professional. I only waited 15 minutes in the waiting room, and was explained everything in detail and in a way, I can understand.. Previous comment on this office had a very bad review about the wait. But, if they were having technical problems with an x-ray machine, that may have been the reason of the 1hr. wait. If you cannot get an appointment at a dental office in a month, this means they are doing something right because patients are coming back.
Bad Experience It took this dental office over a month to see me. When they finally managed to book an appointment, they made me wait over an hour in the waiting room. Meanwhile people who came after me were seen before me. I asked them why and they snidely replied, " Because they are getting a different procedure." They called me after the waiting room was cleared and as I sat down to get xrayed they informed me their machine was broken. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this office.
