incompetent. took them three months after having solar installed to get it applied to my billing. when I moved to a new home that had solar. They would not let me set up a new account with a representative and prompted me to do it online. I did so knowing they were going to screw me over. Got my first bill of 700$ and they did not apply my solar system. when you try to call them it is near impossible to get through to an operator. typical abuse from a monopoly.
