As soon as there’s a single gust of wind, they shut your power off for multiple days. I’ve lost power over a dozen times this year. So happy I’m moving away from this incompetent company’s turf in less than a month.
Can’t get help for 3 days and want to reset password to be able to pay. Found password reset expired and acct was locked.No paper bill as requested and now I’m told I’m late! Just awful- going around in circles following prompts :(
Customer service sucks!! Good luck trying to get ahold of them. I hate edison!
