Martha Diaz is a horrible employee who refused to help. Just lies to get me off the phone. This company is a complete joke
Trying to get a live person on the phone is ridiculous It took me 20 minutes and calling back three times before I got a live person. I was calling because I requested paper billing sent to me in the mail. And my first bill was an email saying my payment is late. So when I had the service hooked up the original lady, I spoke with didn’t set up any payment plan. So now I have a late fee. Ugh!! To top it all off I need to pay it online. Because paper billing set up in Edison system can take up to three months.
hese people/ company are a joke. Had my power shut off. They said “due to high winds and extreme heat” I get the heat part but this is the third time they have shut it off in the last 2 weeks. For more than 8 hours each time. I reached out, they said “1230, then 230, then 330, then 8” wouldn’t give me a reason to why, no warning before shutoff till 2 hours after they already did so. I live in Camarillo, it ended up being 90 in my home, my cats were overheating. All my food in my freezer gone. They’re a joke of a company. On ... read more
The worse...cannot get through to anyone.
No english, can't understand English, can't get out of phone computer. Might as well shut the system down, that's how useful it is
