over hour wait. unacceptable
We have lost our power in our house in simi valley probably like 5 times in 6 months. Only one was due to rain and that was a light rain. It is insane. Tried to call for more info one of the time we lost power for nearly 24 hours and was met with a “nothing we can do” attitude. Lower the price for subpar utility. Or keep the price the same and fix your equipment before it breaks… maintenance.
Martha Diaz is a horrible employee who refused to help. Just lies to get me off the phone. This company is a complete joke
