100% satisfied with my HONDA :) – I recently went into their lot, and I must say, I am completely satisfied with their service. As soon as I walked in, I had a sales man to my full attention. Very handsome fellow, well-dressed, and had an amazing attitude. I had a couple of vehicles in mind, and of course I was open to suggestions. GREAT DEALER!!! – Well, where do I start... my family and I have always bought from Korean dealers. Always been comfortable with them, but decided to try Socal Auto cause they had a car I liked, I went in with my family and we were surprised at their service, and their selection was HUGE! I ended up purchasing a differnet car that I liked better, but still from these guys. This place is a scam – We bought a hybrid at the Fullerton location three months ago and now the engine is knocking so badly we will have to replace it, which can cost up to $5 grand. The dealership told us there's nothing we can do since we didn't get the extended warranty. Since it's a hyrbid, we're over a barrel as there aren't a lot of mechanic options in town. Any car that breaks down this badly three months after purchase was not properly inspected or repaired. DO NOT go to the dealer. They are only looking to make a q... read more
