The WORST.
All of the reviews are absolutely true. This company doesn’t care about it’s employees or it’s customers. The turnover in this business is one of the highest I’ve ever seen, but they blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. This company is HEAVILY conservative thinking and stifles any other positive thoughts or ideas. Just stay away if you value your soul and your virtue.
Never have I had to communicate with anyone more inept and incompetent than this medical group. They contract from the bottom of the barrel, hang up on you, tell you something different everytime you call and refuse to give information to providers, give erroneous info, or give it without verifying information and fulfilling HIPAA requirements (per ucsd). If you have any choice at all STAY AWAY.
I don't know about anyone else reading this, but let me tell you the battle of the small Medical Group or IPA vs. the big gigantic healthplan is a difficult one. In my particular case today, I worked with a teammate from SPMG named Minerva, and let me tell you she is the homie- She went to bat for this patient trying to get their claim paid.
