The doctors & nurses are great. The only things that I really don't care for is the fact that when you call you end up being put on hold even to make an appointment. The average time that I have been on hold just to get an appointment or even to talk to the nurse line is between 10 and 15 minutes.. That is even when you try to put a voice mail for the nurse.
