I called for over 2 weeks and never got past voicemails with NO call backs .. we had a 5 am check in for surgery this morning, then find out they won’t even be here till after 9am and we are number 4th in line . ( why in the world would you send us this early ? ) I have a 75 year old mother with spine fractures and in bad constant pain . This place doesn’t seem to care about ANY patient, just the green they leave behind!!!!

I have had opportunities throughout the years to use Southern Bone and Joint. I can say each experience has been one which I left feeling the Physician and his staff were invested in my plan of care. From the initial front desk experience to the dismissal of care I was treated with warmth and kindness from their staff. My Physicians and their Nurses were thorough and very conscientious to make sure I understood the diagnosis and plan of care.

RecommendedFrom our first phone call to the appointment today, everyone was extremely nice. They were so professional and caring! Dr. Alford has a great team working with him and he was absolutely the best!
