I wish there was an option for negative stars. I attempted twice to see Dr. Berry. It’s not that I picked Dr. Berry, that is who I was assigned. Each time I patiently waited for over 1 hour past my appointment time. I had to go to the front desk and cancel my appointment. I rescheduled the first time after my 3 hour round trip drive. When the same thing happened a second time I got the message loud and clear that my time was not as valuable as theirs. Why make appointments at all?
