As always the experience was wonderful as usual. Mary, Dr. Goebbel, and the front office staff. always a pleasure.
Great. Detailed 1st exam. Everyone was great. I thought that the estimate for work to be performed was reasonable and fair.
Pain, pain, go away, never come back another day! Called Southern Boulevard yesterday, told them I have dental pain. They scheduled me to see Dr. Goebbel at 7:50 am the next day. I went in this morning with my tooth pain, and left painless! Dr. Goebbel is not only the best doctor in Rio Rancho (I live in Albuquerque--Westside), but the very best I have ever had. Very pleasant, professional, experience. They advised me that my interest in a rather expensive dental appliance might not meet my needs. They evaluated me to determine if it could be made and I'm checking with my MD. They also noted a crack in a tooth. They did not charge me for the consultation. Note another dentist did not raise this concern and were quite happy to make it for me.
EVERYTHING WENT WELL!
My experience went well. The staff are friendly. I had another appointment at 11:00 and my appointment at the dentist was at 9:50 and they had me out at 10:00. It was very much appreciated.
Today Dr. Goebbel and his staff provided me the finest dental care experience I have had in over 40 years - perhaps the finest ever. It is obvious they take great pride in being the best at what they do, as well they should. I actually enjoyed having the most complete dental check up I have ever experienced. State-of-the-art, highly professional, gentle and conscientious care. If you are the kind of person who fears going to the dentist, you need to come here and those fears will be alleviated once and for all.
