Bought a higher end bike last year from Acadiana and Southern Bicycle. These guys have gone out of their way upgrading bike, upgrading parts, free tune-ups. Great staff in Lafayette and Lake Charles. I was looking to build my bike from online company's frame and parts...you can't put price on great customer service.
Not many shops of any sort have the "treat you like family" vibe these days. This shop is one of those places people drop in daily, even when they don't need service, just to say hello to the staff. Says a lot for the quality of work and the people running the company. Keep up the good work!
