Recently purchased my second bike from SBC. There was a small frame defect from the manufacturer (something that happens with all brands) and something I wouldn’t have immediately found had it not been brought to my attention. The issue was noticed while setting up my bike for the first time, and Steve was up front and honest about the issue he found. Came in the shop trying to replace a uncomfortable saddle on my road bike. Charles Macadon took the time to talk to me about finding the right saddle. We used two different saddle fit systems to make sure I was getting the right size. I ended purchasing a specialized power saddle ( best seat ever!) Thanks Chuck!!

Went in the store today with my father for him to purchase a 3-wheel bike. We had a friendly and helpful salesman from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out! He assisted in letting my dad try out the bike and helped him pick out the necessary accessories. I strongly suggest this shop if you are looking for quality bikes and superb customer service! �
I just purchased a CycleOps trainer from these guys. Everyone was very helpful and I’m loving my new trainer!
I took a cheaper bike I had purchased earlier at Wal-Mart to have a little work done recently. The older guy behind the counter was an absolute prick from start to finish. From calling the bike a POS to telling me I'd be better off throwing it away. I'll definitely be making my next purchase at the bicycle store down the road. Way friendlier people and the way more bikes with better prices.
