Was told they would purchase my vehicle for $750 after specifically telling them the transmission was shot, VIA TEXT. I was even asked to provide a video of the engine running in which I did. Upon Southern arriving at my home to retrieve my vehicle, they suddenly changed the offer to $450 citing that they thought the motor was shot.
