The manager Garrett is super nice and always helpful and professional and so are the mechanics but AMY SHAW has poor customer service, very rude and unprofessional.. She hang up on me simply because I told her to stop yelling at me on the phone! I’ve complained twice and nothing is ever done and always told we can’t talk to the owner bout it.. I would NEVER get another car from them again!!
