Cameron, James, and Carlos are the best.. I was looking for a pre-owned car and they worked it out and I drove off the lot with a brand new car. My sons and I are grateful for them
My husband bought a truck from them. We waited there until 11 pm. We eventually came to a compromise. They told us they will pay off our car for the trade in and give us some money for the first two months of payment for the truck. We signed a document that stated this by the way. He still hasn’t got a check from them. They also said they will do maintenance on the truck and fix the crack in the window. The crack still isn’t fixed. 9/29/2025 On arrival to Southern Buick service department, I was immediately greeted by Antwan / Service Adviser. I explained my concerns over the tire pressures sensors. He moved the vehicle to a bay area and did a diagnostic check. He was very efficient. The ride was much smoother.
A great experience buying my minivan. 100% recommended. A 10/10 customer service.
Did not tell me that the oil change was going to cost $76 and some odd cents with me furnishing the oil I thought you were supposed to get an estimate of what it would cost before it was done??????????????????
