9/29/2025 On arrival to Southern Buick service department, I was immediately greeted by Antwan / Service Adviser. I explained my concerns over the tire pressures sensors. He moved the vehicle to a bay area and did a diagnostic check. He was very efficient. The ride was much smoother.
A great experience buying my minivan. 100% recommended. A 10/10 customer service.
Did not tell me that the oil change was going to cost $76 and some odd cents with me furnishing the oil I thought you were supposed to get an estimate of what it would cost before it was done??????????????????
Drop off concierge service takes you home and then picks you up when service is finished. You can’t get better than that!
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership I bought a car in February within 3 months the battery started dying and I had to replace it I would recommend you going to a dealership with better vehicles.
