Drop off concierge service takes you home and then picks you up when service is finished. You can’t get better than that!
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership I bought a car in February within 3 months the battery started dying and I had to replace it I would recommend you going to a dealership with better vehicles.
Inquired about the availability of a vehicle 5pm on Saturday, the internet sales manager assured us it was available, we scheduled an appointment 15 minutes after they opened on Saturday to view the car. The car was not at the dealership.
I had to do a trade in and got an awesome beautiful car. Mr. Jojo and Julien were awesome and worked with my situation! My first new car ever! Southern on North Military highway was a great choice for me!
I was subjected to sitting on the steps of the dealership for 4 hrs for an express lane oil change!!! Due to the remodeling, they didn't have enough chairs to accommodate the clients waiting. This is my 2nd car I've purchased from this dealership, and I've never had to sit and wait this long or in this manner for an oil change! Highly discouraged.
