I go to the office on Cool Drive and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Tina does my periodontal maintenance (cleaning, etc) and she is always professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I also greatly appreciate the billing person, Margery, who went the extra mile to check on my dental insurance and some recent changes that had been made-- providing greater coverage than before. My fiancé and I both saw Susan. NOT ANYMORE! They were extremely out of line and very unprofessional! They called my fiancé and tried to pressure her into switching her appointment to the next day and told her if she didn’t she would have to wait 2 months. She told them she could not, because our dog had just died and her grandmother was about to pass away. The lady could have cared less! horrible place! overpriced and rude staff!
The lady that just called me was so rude! And to top it off she yelled at me and hung up on me! Bad bad bad customer service. To reschedule my a my appointment that I have in a week to tomorrow instead. That is less the 12 hours from now! I told her my dog passed away and I'm not up for that. She absolutely did not care!!!! Funny if I cancel my appointment in less than 48 hours they charge me $50! And they have when I very sick one time. So if I don't go tomorrow, I now need to wait 3 months for the next opening. I was denied an appointment based their personal opinion of me. I’m fully insured i called ahead provided my info, but after the consultation the two people ahead of me and the person behind were all given appointments while I was told that they would call me to schedule. I asked for an explanation but no one ever came back to talk to me. I had to leave to avoid getting angry. If I was rich, I’d sue them. They seemed to pretend like the didn’t get any X-rays with the referral. Which seems like a shady upcharge to me.
