IAS ARIZONA PLLC is a totally incompetent third party billing agency. They continue to harass me for payment of a bill that was already reimbursed to them by my insurances. I sent them a copy of the relevant EOB’s, in September, but they can’t find it. They also apparently can’t find the check sent to them by insurance last January. Now I’m sending the same information again! Doctors using this company need to find some other vendor that isn’t a scam.

First the anesthesiologist DR. Perra was terrible for my plastic eyelid surgery, was painful. Secondly I was billed twice, when I called them they said the plastic surgeon ofc handled the payment for part of this, my insurance for other. The SAA staff Cheryl refused to assist me and refused to accept any responsibility. Awful business practice will never allow any surgeon to use this company again. This was done at Tucson Surgery center on Craycroft, another place that is unregulated . Use a hospital instead.

Watch your bills. One anesthesiologist was used during my surgery. They billed my insurance and me for TWO. This was recently. Three years ago my husband was having surgery. We were self pay they charged us 2000.00 for a 30 minute procedure where the doctor and the ASC gave us a cash pay discount. These folks rip people off. When I challenged the price they are charging their response “We can charge whatever we want where are you going to go? We have no competition”. Lousy group of people.
