Dr. Bartels is simply one of the most caring and thorough doctors I have ever seen, and his staff was always great. Unfortunately, he just announced that he is retiring in September 2022 and the office is closing.
I was a patient for 3 years, I'm active duty military and Dr. Martels and his staff (Charity) and the sweet lady in the front desk (I feel bad i forgot her name) has always been wonderful to deal with and they took really good care of me. Even when i had to deploy they ensured upon returning from deployment they began my treatment again and I'm at a place where my body has build immunity to most of what i was allergic to. Called and received a recording stating they were closed. Recording states hours on Monday afternoon are 2pm -6pm. It's Monday at 2:50pm...so they shouldn't be closed.
Dr. Bartels was able to help me when the VA wouldn’t. He’s great!!
