Today was my first experience with Southern Animal Hospital and I have to say I am so pleased at the experience, knowledge, and service they provided. They took the time to let me ask a lot of questions and really get to know my cat Chippy and our home environment. They also didn't push to get unnecessary vaccines, which is a huge bonus. When my cats need anything, I will not hesitate to come back here!
This is the first time I visit a vet hospital where my highly anxious and nervous dog behaved herself with the ladies! My dog hates going to the vet, but she was treated so great that she was super happy during the visit. Dr. Donoho and Jordan really show that they love what they do and give you the best care you need for your pet. For this I highly recommend!!
I'm impressed by the level of care and competence shown by both Dr. Boo and Jordan. I especially like their fear-free and cooperative care approach, which will be invaluable to my upcoming puppy, and I wish I could bring my needle-shy boyfriend here too!
Kind, caring staff that make you and your pet feel comfortable about being there. They take that extra step for you.
I am so thankful for the ladies at Southern Animal Hospital. They went above and beyond their call of duty for my sweet Doberman. I feel truly blessed to have found such wondeful care for my dogs! I will always have peace in my heart when they are under their care and will never need to question the level of treatment they get, which I have not been able to safely say at our previous primary care clinic. Loved the staff and atmosphere. The facility was clean and smelled nice. The exam room was huge, about twice the size of a normal exam room, and had plenty of seating for my family. The vet and technicians seemed to genuinely care for our new pup and us. Jordan even sent an email a few days after our first visit to see how Lincoln was doing! I've never had a vet do that. We will be costumers for a very long time. I'd highly recommend this animal hospital to anyone.
