I called in to switch my healthy beagle over from Bahama to Southern because of the long ride for her in the car. The receptionist was rude and condescending! When asked the process they use to get records over she told me the email is on their website. I told her “never mind”. Great customer service is worth the drive”.
RecommendedDr. Donoho is very compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about her work. Truly such a wonderful doctor; and, we are so blessed to have her care for our fur babies. Jordan is also very caring and hardworking. They make an incredible team. We can't recommend them enough!

Southern Animal Hospital is the best! They genuinely care about your pets and understand they are part of the family. They gave us more time than I ever expected with our senior dog and know us every time we stop in.

WONDERFUL VET! I TRUST THEM 100%. I've currently taken all of my animals into Southern Animal Hospital. Each visit has been calm and relaxed. They pay attention to your questions and explain everything clearly as well as list your options. I love that they seem to get to know each of your animals as you visit and check up on them to make sure things are going well. Its more than just a routine doctors visit. It feels like they include you in one big happy family here.
Awesome place, I take all of my pets here. Very paitent with you and your animals. I felt like they truly listened and cared about what issues I might be having or was just excited to see my pets.
