Just got a scheduled maintenance visit from Dustin our tech, very professional as always and very informative on the few concerns with our system. He arranged to come back and handle those within a few days to insure we don't have any issues in the future. Very happy with the service.
Dustin is awesome. Very thorough, informative in explaining needed maintenance and products.
I was very satisfied with the professionalism.
Dustin quickly knew what was needed to solve our problem. We have had 4 heat pumps that allowed us to set the temperature and each of them would turn on or off heat strips when necessary. With this heat pump we had to manually turn the heat strips on or off. What an aggravation! Dustin installed an outdoor temperature control to handle the heat strips. It’s hard to understand why that was figured out before now. We give Dustin an A+. He is so knowledgeable, efficient, & patient with older people.
