I love the neighborhood and all the care taken by the HOA to keep it gorgeous. Neighbors are super kind and welcoming, house quality is great. Only con I’ve heard from everyone and what I’m currently experiencing is how hard it is to get anyone to truly get stuff fixed in a timely manner. I’m 2 months in to have things fixed that should have been fixed during walkthrough and other defects. Beware of that walking into it. These homes looked different from most so I stopped in. The doors were closed but a quick peek and walk around the outside revealed that they are different! With tall ceilings, open floor plans, Granite, wood, ceramic and beautiful outdoor living spaces, these homes are a cut above. The area is not perfect for my needs but I'd put one of their houses anywhere!
