I received an email about buy 1 rug get another for $1. I went to the store to purchase the items and was not happy with the results. The employees said... I don’t know what this email is...an kinda questioned the authenticity of the email sent to me. Like I was trying to scam them. Awful customer service (cashiers were both great- so not them!). Poorly managed by a lady that is not the kindest by any stretch.
Very cool place with items you won’t find in a common retail store. Prices were surprisingly good. We will visit again

I was here 9-1-18 looking at flooring and it was hard enough to get someone to help me. When I finally did the gentleman was very rude and obviously he did not want to assist me in any questions I had. Another couple showed up and asked for his assistance when he was through assisting me and he made a rude hand gesture and said I’m done with her. Customer service is horrible. All the employees (including the manager) have an attitude. I was over charged for one of the items I purchased but didn’t realize it until a week later. The cash register worker tried to act like I was lying about it. I had to wait and wait until manager came up front and then he had to coach the girl running the register on how to straighten up the mess she had made with my receipt. It isn’t worth the hassle to deal with the incompetent people working at this place.
