Beyond livid. Materials were delivered in August and the company has stopped taking my calls. Is this even legal? God doesn't like ugly, but rest assured that this company will reap what they have sewn on all of their customers. This company is a disgrace to the roofing industry.
We bought our home back in February of this year. Had it inspected and damage was noted (photos attached). It took us a few months to figure out who originally did the work-(this company) and we called and spoke to Tim. He said at the time he would come out and take a look--then we never heard anything despite repeated calls and texts. Contract was with a previous owner. Our roof is still under warranty but we can't get the guy to come back and fix a place that's leaking. It was NOT leaking anywhere before the new shingles were put on, but afterwards the first hard rain we had 4 different leaks. They worked on it 2 or 3 times, and 3 places haven't leaked anymore. I've called and left messages, even posted on his Facebook Business page, and he deleted my posts. He doesn't return calls or apparently stand behind his work. Timothy Shirah at Southeastern Roofing and Restoration was hands down the best decision I could have made to repair my roof several estimates were made from various companies and not only was he fair on the prices he also had it done in record timing and was very respectful and professional I recommend Southeastern roofing and restoration to everyone!
