They swapped out elements and added a new water heater. 8 months later I have a leak in the older unit where elements were swapped. I reach out for assistance and I was told "it is an older unit, the elements usually need to be tightened alot." I love paying for a service that causes a leak without the admittance of a possible mistake then pretty much told to kick rocks, in a sense. Pick someone else who stands behind their work.
