The staff is professional and friendly and the office is clean and modern. Dr. Speer is open and direct - I knew exactly where I stood with him, what my choices were and what to expect from each choice. When I chose surgery, he and his staff made it clear what was going to happen before, during and after. An information notebook was provided that repeated everything I was told and was full of additional information. If I had any questions, I looked in there first and always found the answer.
