I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I arrived due to a work-related back injury and was met with unprofessional and inattentive staff. Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged for several minutes, and the front desk staff were engaged in non-work-related conversations instead of assisting patients. I also witnessed patients who arrived after me being seen first, which raised concerns about their check-in process. Hygiene was another major issue. I’ve been attempting to establish with them for three weeks now. They haven’t kept contact with me, I’ve had to call for updates. And now their phone isnt working at all it’s just a voice mail on a Tuesday morning. I’m giving up and going to interventional pain.
Over the years I have looked past some of the issues here with staff, billing, and imagining but, I’m very upset this time!!! I followed my Urologist from North Florida Hospital to Simed, but now…….im leaving my Urologist of 18yrs and finding a new Dr./ facility. I just took $420 and threw it out the window with information I already knew, an CT scan that was “suppose” to be with dye, and no solution causing me to NOW spend money elsewhere.
I am so grateful for the care I have been and are still receiving from Dr. Cynthia Hardin's office. Thanks to Stephanie Kop's treatment, I am pain free again. They are worth much more than just 5 stars.
Staff at Simed is always so pleasant and customer-focused. I am very pleased with the care I receive at the Ocala location.
