Absolutely terrible customer service and communication.
SEFL damaged an item I ordered in shipment and a reasonable claim was given to try to "work" with the company...they were not willing to do so, even though they were responsible for the damage. The item cost at purchase was $1640...weighing 64 pounds, they are liable to cover $20 per pound at a coverage of $1280. I was asking for less than $500.00 to cover the fix...and they would not approve that claim! They said the damage was "cosmetic"...the piece that was damaged was framed art!
