No one called me to schedule the delivery for my HVAC unit. I had to call to initiate the delivery. The unit was never loaded on the truck for the delivery and i had to call to find all of this out. Terrible experience all the way around. Wouldn't recommend using them. Cant be trusted to even have your shipment on the truck day of delivery.
